The SCHSL Wrestling "Individual Championships" will move from the Anderson Civic Center to the Florence Center in 2025. In conjunction with the entire wrestling postseason moving up a week for both individual and state dual championships (2-8-25). The SCHSL Wrestling State Individual Championships at the Florence Center will be on February 21-22, 2025. The Florence Center in Florence, SC is a 10,000-seat multipurpose arena.---------------------------------------------------
The South Carolina Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame Class of 2024 will have the Induction and Banquet on April 14. See relevant links below ... limited admissions remain as the 200 registration milestone gives SC the greatest Banquet yet.Promotional and Admission/Registration link

David Hunsberger won the NCAA D2 National Championship at 165 lbs! Hunsberger wrestled at Byrnes during high school. Juan Edmond-Holmes was the NCAA D2 National Runner-up at 285 lbs! Edmond-Holmes wrestled at Goose Creek during high school. Lander University would also finish National Runner-up as a team. Congratulations to Coach R.C. Lander Tops Preseason Edition of NWCA Division II Men's Coaches Poll. A first-time #1, the Lander Bearcats, will open the 2023-24 season atop the preseason edition of the NWCA Division II Coaches Poll, released Oct. 30 by the Association. The annual South Carolina Wrestling Officials Association will be held on November 18th at River Bluff High School. We are searching for 3 more teams to complete our 20 team field. We will also have a mat for female wrestlers. Each team will wrestle 3 duals. This will not count as one of your 16 dates.
